Refund policy

At Gain-R Nutrition, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure

• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

• Have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements unless the product is faulty, defective, or incorrect.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products (unless faulty)

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the product is faulty.

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective

• Damaged during shipping

• Incorrect product received
